Default is this considered Riba??
i am thinking of working with a company that wants its workers to sell packages.i'll not be going into the details of the packages ..just to confirm whether this is riba or not?

the packages are

10 days---6$
1 month ---15$
3 months---27$
1 year------64$

so as a worker i'll be getting a percentage of how many sales i make...the company offered me two choices ...its the first choice that i am concerned about.

it states that for every sale i get 12$ fixed..
now suppose if a customer buys 10 days package i get 12$
if a customer buys 1 year package i get 12$

it all depends on the customer..so is this RIBA or not???

there's a high probability that customers will like to test the company and buy 10 days package in that case i might profit..but if they wish to continue with it then i would be at lost...any how will it be considered Riba....??
any help would be appreciated
