Thats a totally different scenario. In wars, ofcourse theres a choice. But for dawah , the most effective approach is the traditional one.
Dear Brother, whats the difference btw da'wah and jihad in regards to technology?
They are both pillars of deen, to strengthen and perpetrate the glory of Islam.
Returning to dawah, can we imagine giving a bayaan without a mic in an ijtima'?
And how about flying on aeroplanes; even criminals use them! Now do we abandon flying because wrongdoers are on board?

The strange part is Tableeghis use all the technologies for personal needs, some even take photographs at work. But when it comes to the duration of tableegh, a radically dfferent approach is adopted. I am not saying pictures are allowed, but it just shows how some people lead double lives when inside v outside jamaat.(Myself included most certainly). Now, pls dont get angry as I myself have been following the local saathis for ~ 3 yrs alrd.

In any case, tableegh is one way of dawah, but most certainly not the only.

So the brother is asking a general question and it should be answered in that context, and I believe we should refrain from shaping it around tableeghi rules.

In any case, its a good idea to be efficient and organised, obviously we dont think we get rewarded for being disorganised and unproductive!

Sorry for any harshness, but some things in jamaat leave me extremely puzzled.
