Actually I was learning tajweed from a girl who graduated from Al Huda in Mississauga,

And she said, you can recite Quran during menstruation but not touch it.
But she does both during her menstruation - read and touch. Nauzubillah.

I go to this madrassa called Fahm e deen..a park or bait us salam musjid karachi.. and is related to mufti Taqi Usmani.

and they said that you can read but not in continuation but like after pauses.. (i dont know how to explain )
