Can someone please point me to an article that compares the authenticity of Muwatta of Imam Malik with the compilation of Imam Bukhari.

Also, why isn't Muwatta of Imam Malik not included in the Sahih Sitta?

The Muwatta is a reliable book. With supplementary turuq and asaneed taken from outside of the book, it can be said to be more authentic than many of the Sihah. As for the canonicity of the 6 books, this is nothing definite; rather it grew gradually with some Ulama differing. It was mostly pushed for by the Shafi´iyah.
