May Allah bless you immensely for this translation. Well, in the list of all these 16 names I could not find the name of Mawlana Aziz Ahmad (DB).
Is this khulafa list outdated ?

It doesn't specify a date, but it was compiled during Hadrat's lifetime, so it's possible that more were added near the end of his life. I guess you can contact the khanqah directly to find out.
