Salaam,
we can assist to translate the Arabic book. Need 2 look at it and find out if Benglawali Masjid elders approve of the contents.

Do you have access to a few scanned pages? 5 or 10 pages would be sufficient.
How many pages total are there?

Yes, their approval should take preference over things. The book Lisanud-Da'wah wat-Tabligh is well over 100 pages (I think) but that includes Maulana Umar Palampuri

and other Ulamaa's bio along with questions and answers and usool of the work.

I just gave the book this morning to a family member to scan one bayan which is about 8 pages or so. Once it's done, I will email it to you insha'Allah.

I think the bayan was about Ahwaal is according to A'maal
