1-Is it islamic or cultural tradition for women to take husband'd name as surname after marraige?

2-Also, can a husband (not having ijaza from any sufi order), take bayah from him wife at the time of first meeting in terms the Prophet

took bayah from beliving women generally.

Allah says: “O Prophet! When believing women come to you to take the oath of allegiance to you that they will ascribe no thing as partner unto Allah, and will neither steal nor commit adultery nor kill their children, nor produce any lie that they have devised between their hands and feet, nor disobey you in what is right, then accept their allegiance and ask Allah to forgive them. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.” [Sûrah al-Mumtahanah: 12]
