Facing the interviewer
Most of the people are afraid to face the interviewer.. and some are too bold that they even forget that he is the person who is to give you job at the end of the day...

First lets overcome the fear..

1. Tell to yourself that this is not the only offer I got.. I have got many other good places than this to join..

by doing so importance of job will decrease in your mind and you wont feel the fear of loosing job which is the main reason to fear the interviews.

2. Be confident, if possible ask the current employees of the organization to give some hints of questionnaire as they already have gone through it.

3. reach the office early and feel comfortable with the atmosphere.. this helps a lot to be in relaxed state
