In a marriage proposal - If a guy and girl like each other for the pleasure of Allah. But there are some concerns in this duniya getting married.

Can the guy tell to girl that "Insha Allah, we will meet in Jannah"?

They should say "Insha Allah, we will get married," then if they do get married, then they should say, "Insha Allah, we will meet in Jannah."
