No, if you read the full section you'll see that the Prophet

did indeed order her to be killed but not at the time the poison was discovered, not even when others died of it... not until Bishr died of the poison - that's when the order was given.

The hadeeth brother Abu Tamim posted doesn't say anything different, it just cuts to the final order.

Can you tell me which page/chapter in the Ling book to refer to? I know its there, I've read it in the past but can't seem to find it at this moment.
