No, if you read the full section you'll see that the Prophet did indeed order her to be killed but not at the time the poison was discovered, not even when others died of it... not until Bishr died of the poison - that's when the order was given.

The hadeeth brother Abu Tamim posted doesn't say anything different, it just cuts to the final order.

Can you tell me which page/chapter in the Ling book to refer to? I know its there, I've read it in the past but can't seem to find it at this moment.
Its in the Chapter titled "Khaybar", Page #276, last two paragraphs.

Lings writes that Bishr indeed died, and the Prophet pardoned her. There's nothing in the book about her being killed.

How much later did the Prophet give the order for her to be killed, and why did he forgive her and then later decided to have her killed? Didn't Bishr die right after swallowing the meat, since it was heavily poisoned?
