dear brother please expand on what you are saying here, because in my stupidity I am unable to understand the full gist of this part of what you wrote.

assalam alikum wa rahmat Allah,
hate is one of the malices of our heart. some brothers legitimize it in the guise of love of sahaba or deen. you can know them in a second. just ask them a question they talk like a parrot. statements that filled with emotions and seldom thought or contemplated. shia sunni debate is a good example of that. And what I have seen in especially indo-pak brothers behavior in this regard has nothing do do with Islamic character. I counted some personal example .
