Jazakum Allahu khayran for the replies. I believe there is also an edition by Dar al-Qalam, see http://www.fadakbooks.com/shshnual.html - it has an introduction by Shaykh Abd al-Fattah, edited by Nazar Tamim (looks like a copy of Dar al-Arqam?). I may end up getting the Pakistani ed., unless someone here knows any reason to recommend the Dar al-Qalam ed.
