Can someone please clearly explain to me a few points:

1) If I join the salah and the imam is already in ruku, should I tie the hands first, then do a second takbir and enter ruku? I read somewhere on the forum that after takbiratul ihram, hands should be tied for the time of one tasbih, then the second tasbih, then go into ruku. Is this correct? Please tell me the status of each action in this sequence (whether wajib or sunnah). That is, takbiratul ihram, tying of the hands, standing for the duration of one tasbih, and the takbir before entering ruku.

2)If I join when the imam has already come out of ruku, and is standing before going to sajdah, what should I do?

3)If I join when imam has gone into sajdah or jalsa, what should I do?

4)If I say my takbir and am about to go into ruku and the imam at the same time says "sami allahu li man hamida" and begins to rise out of ruku, what should I do? Go into ruku or stop and return to standing? It's rare but awkward situation. If I am supposed to go into ruku and then catch up with the imam, will the rakah count?
