Email and Web Use to be Monitored

May be this freedom thing does not work.

That's a complete violation of privacy. I think not only the muslims will have a problem with this, but also the non-muslims (read the comments in that site). It would be funny though to see how they (the public) will respond to this, because I think I can manage with that, whereas those who constantly (i.e. just do it without control) look at things which are obscene, filthy and secret (you know what I mean), then they will have to do something about it.
