Point well taken.

hope I didn't sound rude when I said that, but brother I believe they have been watching "us" already (unofficially) for many years, and the current law will only make this legal as they are not allowed to present evidence obtained illegaly in a court of law.

If people think when they are on the phone and no one else could be listening are naive, i'm not saying it could be just enforcement forces, it could be say an employee of the telephone provider, listening in for his/her own entertainment.
