It is a good article I guess, but I hope people won't start reciting/memorizing the Quran to improve the brain. The intention shouldn't change. This is why I think we shouldn't give much importance to stuff like 'health benefits of fasting, salah etc'. I think the only place such thing become relevant is to refute someone who says the ibadah is harmful to health.
