They're still happening, but it's hard to gauge exactly how bad it is, since these sorts of situations aren't exactly all over the news. The big problem nowadays is entrapping Muslims, however. They have spies pretending to be Muslim who get people to incriminate themselves, and then detain those people as terrorists.
