If someone misses today's salaah, does he have to pray the qaza? And
If someone misses Friday jummah prayer does he read the the zhur qaza?

Regular fard (not Friday) salah yes you need to pray Kaza. I actually had a conversation about this with someone very knowledgable today. Jumah prayer I am not sure of. I rarely go to jumah anyway because I am a female and I have class that gets out right before the prayer starts and my local mosque is small and only has room for men during that time and I dont have enough time to make it to one of the larger mosques in time.
