Oh sister, question by op in itself heart wrenching for me, what kind of slave of Allah we are? How could we discuss the jat and wajood of Allah I am fear from Allah. May Allah forgive us all aamin.

You're free not to like these discussions, and by him asking I'm sure he doesn't intend to visualize Allahs dhaat, or question the modality (which would be sinful) rather I think he just is seeking knowledge, and wants to know what to believe in exactly, and that is why in almost ever book of Aqeedah since the time of the Salaf they always talk about the Istawa of Allah.

The question itself is permissible to ask, and was asked to the Prophet

directly by the believing slave girl, which was reported by Sahih Muslim.
