Be very careful about honesty. Always uphold an honest heart by the will of Allah. You will see that any form lying becomes a seriously hard task for you. If it says "I agree to the terms and conditions" then you don't have to read, you can agree (but if anything happens you can't hold them liable because you agreed to their terms). If it says that you agree, read, understand then have a quick skim read read - make sure know the outline of what is being said. Or go for another website or software where it doesn't specifiy that you have to read.
I heard somewhere that you shouldn't charge without permission in another person's premises. The charging causes some money to be lost from electricity expenses. So, it's always good to ask for permission, they may laugh at you but when you say "My deen teaches me this 100% honesty and I will never go against this." Then maybe you would have done great da'wah and you never know... : )
