Interesting... the Qur'an actually says the barrier was of iron, with molten copper (Qitr) poured on it while the iron was red hot. How did she arrive at using bitumen in reinforced concrete? The ayat probably inspired her or gave her an idea rather than her using the method directly.

And we need a better translation of the article, by the way. Google Translate just doesn't do it.
