Do you have any reference from Quran & Hadiths? As far as I know, she cannot offer salats and do sex with her husband during her menses, everything else is ok.

The sources of Islaam are four: Qur'an, Sunna, Ijma' and Qiyas.

The Ijma' of the Sahaba is the reference that you are searching for in this particular matter. The

muhdath is not allowed to touch the Qur'an per Ijma. It is a different thing that there is an

ishara' towards this in the Qur'an in Sura Waqi'a ayah 79 and a hadith in Muwatta' Imam Malik in

which the Prophet(saws) sent a letter to 'Amr bin Hazm saying that none but the pure should
