It obvious that even the slightest justifiable criticism sparks the current of personal attacks from you people but where have i said that Mufti Desai is a Mamati ? Does saying that "Seems that earlier he used to favor mamati position" equate "Mufti Desai is Mamati"? And if your triviality is right then why did Mufti Desai remove the old Fatwa?

Your making assumptions, if Mufti Sahib did give an updated fatwa maybe that was because he thought he needed to clarify the previous fatwa.

Doesn't neccesarily mean he had a Qadeem and a Jadeed.

Hayaati and Barzakhi can both be used, because [1] Rasulullah

is alive as bodies al-Anbiyaa do not decompose (pre-Hayaati / Mamati). [2] the realm he is in is known as al-Barzakh.

When one uses Dunywai it is only semantical because there is similarities not because they share the exact same qualities i.e. Eating, Sleeping, Bathing, Excretion etc.

I dont think you understand the subtle difference.
