There are 2 techinques, the MILD(Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams) technique, and the WILD(Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) technique

I tried it last night, the WILD technique, but I guess it takes more practice. Because I didn't move an inch for 20-30 minutes, my hands and legs became numb and I was sleeping but I was more of awake. and time flew by but I still wasn't lucid dreaming
