This do bring back scary memories . I do remember from my childhood and early teen not being able to breathe in my sleep and being aware of the fact I am dreaming .

Your mind tells you to wake up your just dreaming and you try to wake up.
but no matter how much you try you cannot move your body .

In one particular dream I remember getting very angry and trying to fight
back someone . I swear I thought I was strangling someones throat .
