If we praise Yazid and it was incorrect to do so Allah will ask us about it on Qiyamah and we will be accountable for it. If we condemn and curse Yazid and it was incorrect to do so Allah will ask us about it on Qiyamah and we will be accountable for it. If we remain silent about Yazid, Allah will not ask us about Yazid.

On Askimam his good qualities are shown but his bad qualities are not shown . . .

1. The things Yazid were commonly accused of are mentioned in the fatwa as well as the alleged weakness of these accusations.

i dont know if its barelwi site or not . . . i aint barelwi either . . .

what i mean is , in ahlus-sunnah site , it shows clearly , that yazid was drinker , responsible for killing of Imam Hussain (R.A) while in askimam it isnt praising yazeed but there are some hadiths which try to show his good character . . . but there isnt mention of any bad character of yazeed . . .

There are many conflicting narrations regarding Yazeed. Some narrations describe him as being addicted to dancing, wine and music. (Al Bidaya wan nihayyah 11/659 Marqazul buhooth wad diraasaat) He was also accused of legalizing adultery. Some regard him responsible for the martyrdom of Hazrat Husain (R.A). Based on these narrations, some Ulama regarded it permissible to curse him and even passed the verdict of kufr on him.
