Salam 'Aleykum,

Whether there is or there isn't a foreign political intervention, whether there are local fighters or foreign fighters, whether the foreign intervention is supporting the revolt for the sake of the people or for the sake of their own goals, whether the foreign intervention is Israeli, Iranian, Russian or Japanese... The fact is that this ruler does not fear Allah and must be removed cannot be changed.
