Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Saffarini al- Hanbali (d. 1188) relates in his Ghidha' al-albab li-sharh manzumat al-adab from Ibrahim ibn `Abd Allah al-Qalanasi that Imam Ahmad said about the Sufis: 'I don't know people better than them.' [b] Now the argument against mawlid, hadra etc.. is normally free mixing, etc.....I need to see ONE just ONE video where this is happening with regards to Dr Sahib.
Alot of people get confused as to what they are arguing against Dr TUQ, or braveli ulema or educated barelvis or un-educated barelvis. these are not all one and the same,and nowdays alot of the barelvis have disowned him (political reasons) so you can't bunch him together with them anyway.

But alot of people find it easy to create a box for the "others", and before they call someone right or wrong they don't look at the qur'an sunnah, they look at who's in their group and who's not.

falcon brother: if they are against Mawlid of our Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W) how can you expect them to celebrate mawlid of Jesus lol That is the thing, Wahabis: OK, you don't accept mawlid, but Dr Sahib is against you anyways, same with all the sunnis, because you call us mushriks.

but deobandis: Mawlid is ALLOWED but they don't do it because to POLITICALLY distance themselves from the barelvlis. because they are the "others" and for that to maintain, they need to have points of iktelaf. (with mawlid iktelaf is only of a fixed date, which deos don't accept)

There is no deo/brailvi fiqra is unknown outside the sub continent, and all arabs (sunni) celebrate mawlid, thus was even done in MECCA/MADINA (YES READ HISTORY), prophet's(pbuh) b'day used to be a holiday and 21 gun salute was given in respect of him(pbuh), this was upto 1924. Guess why it is no longer done.
