I came across this thread on Shia chat: ''The early injustices done by Abu Bakr against Lady Fatima Zahra عليه السلام, paved the way for his offspring to do the same against the Prophet's progeny. Sayyid Safdar Hussain, in his valuable book The Early History of Islam p.242, summarized the wrongdoings committed by the Bakrs (the descendants of Abu Bakr) against Fatima (A) and her descendants in several points...''

I'm aware of some of the beliefs, such as the poisoning of Sayyidina Hasan RA. It's mostly talking about Aisha RA and her family members taking part in the Battle of Jamal against Sayyidina Ali RA, but what do you say about this first point? Another fabrication?

''1. Abu Bakr, on his accession to the Caliphate, sent Umar to Fatima's house to compel Ali, by force, to come in and do fealty to him. Umar threatened to burn the house down upon Fatima, and brought Ali under escort to Abu Bakr where he was so humiliated and insulted that he cried bitterly at the tomb of the Prophet complaining against the treatment he had received. Subsequently, Fatima was so much grieved by Abu Bakr that as long as she survived her father, she never spoke a word to Abu Bakr and on her deathbed she forbade his joining her funeral.''
Salam Alaikum,

The Shia are biggest fabricators and liars. Do you know they also claim that Umar (ra) killed Fatima (ra) and her unborn son, Mohsin. These are the biggest fabrications in the history but yet it is an important belief of the shia.

All those fairly tales are from the fabricated and weak reports. Moreover, since when shia books (Sayyid Safdar Hussain, in his valuable book The Early History of Islam p.242) have become reliable?. Do you really think that Ali, the lion of Allah, the bravest of the Sahaba, would just sit and cry and do nothing to defend his honour? Indeed, Shia are the real Nawasib and enemies of Ali (ra).

Let me quote a beautiful narration:
Jafar ibn Muhammad (Sadiq), from his father, Muhammad ibn Ali (baqir), from Abdullah ibn Jafar bin abi Talib that he said: Abubakr became our caliph and he was the best of the Caliphs of Allah, he was the most merciful and most caring towards us"
