Walaikumsalaam Alhamdulillah I have had the opportunity to meet alot of scholars and in the UK easily the most knowledgable scholar I feel is Hazrat Moulana Ayub Surti Saheb. Hazrat completed hifz in one month and I think he was also teaching bukhari and part of sahih muslim.
