Did the Prophets do Karaamah or only Mu'jizah? Also, what are some evidences from sound sources of the pious people doing Karaamah? (Any good books, articles, etc.)

Mu'jizah are the miracles of the Prophets.

Karaamah are the miracles of the awliya. There are many authentic reports of Karaamah of the Sahaba itself.

Edit: as mentioned below, all these are from the power and permission of Allah Ta'ala. ofcourse.
