Ali (R) said that the Prophet(S) took Hasan(R) and Husayn(R) by the hand and said, "Whoever loves me and loves these two and their father and mother will have the same degree as me on the Day of Rising." (tirmidhi)

Salam 'Aleykum,

- al-Albani said: "Da'eef" in Da'eef al-Tirmithi #3733.
- al-Dhahabi said: "Isnad Da'eef, Matn Munkar" in al-Siyar 3/254.

They probably said this because 'Ali bin Ja'afar has no Tawtheeq. The scholars however accepted it because it is a Hadith of praise.
