sorry if i hurt you but I wasnt mean to say that any way as far as muslim concern, I think alhmd environment in UK is really good (my experience) but yeah place and community also plays important role if you want to go UK than Bradford where I went was the cheapest place in terms of accommodation and food there are many university around countries but if you just want to go there than u can choose any normal college so that you can pay less and may be get more visa (if you choose diploma or foundation plus main course) hope this will helpful
