+1 Not to mention it is just not feasible for every man and woman to be employed. There simply aren't enough jobs to go around. However, it is an Islamic obligation on men to provide for the family, but not on women. Besides, how can a Muslim woman work in most industries in this day and age while still observing the rules of hijab? Traveling to distant places by themselves, interacting with ghayr maharim unnecessarily...when did all of this become OK?
