If you've decided to migrate to other Muslim area, you'll have to settle your obligations upon your family first, and to settle all your debts, if you have them. Make dua that Allah

will make it easier for you to join the path of jihad, and

consult scholars on what to do before you can join the ranks. Just be patient and do the right thing, as the path you're asking is a reserved path, even among Muslims.
