Cos is the ideal moderator. He is cordial, interacts and moderates subtly.

And he's not a "do as I say, not as I do" guy and I know that is a very difficult stance to take - especially if you're partaking in political discussion. It takes a lot of maturity and poise to be impartial and Bill does a nice job at it.

I moderated and ran political forums and I can tell you from experience that it sucks as a poster to force yourself into being impartial because you're playing the role of moderator. I don't care for it myself, but Cos is a natural at it IMO.
