If you have access to a community mosque or perhaps you can find the phone number in your local directory for one and try to connect with other like-minded youth. We often feel lonely and isolated because not everything is immediately visible to us but when we do something about it (put in effort through dua and actively seek it) and by Allah's (SWT) will, we can find good and honest help and companionship.

That said... masha'Allah brother. May Allah (SWT) keep you strong and steadfast, and may He reward your patience and perseverence greatly. Ameen.
