This reminds me of a friend of mine. However, her whole family wasn't affected, just the small daughter. Whenever she was in the house, the baby would continously cry. However, even stepping outside in the veranda and she would be quiet and happy. Eventually they decided to move to another place where they are perfectly fine.

I think maybe you need to find an 'aamil if it's really bugging you. Not sure of anyone in Canada though. Maybe others will know,

sister. We will be moving but not for a few months yet so insha'Allah we will be able to find some relief until then. My son and I are both affected but the effects are different. I also noticed that as I pray (and include specific prayers for my son), his 'symptoms' lessen but now I feel them more often and more intensely. This started happening when I started praying regularly a few months ago and has been getting progressively more intense and frequent.
