Not sure about your situation. The only advice I can give in case you think there's something going on is to recite Surah Baqarah. It has to be live recitation and not recording...

sister. I have been reciting Ayat al-Kursi but will try to learn the other verses of the surah too, at least I will try to start with the 10 that are listed.
