I'm not familiar with these exams so I don't even know if it is much of an advantage for a student to get the exam ahead of time. They still have to prepare for the answers and I would imagine the exams are neither open-book nor take-home. So, essentially, it is one last opportunity for some students to prepare but those students who have struggled throughout school likely will not get very high marks but will likely pass with grades better than they would have obtained had they not been provided the paper in advance.

(In answer to the OP: if I was writing this exam and my teacher gave me the exam, I would take it. If I had to get it on the 'black-market' or it was offered to me by others, I wouldn't take it. Besides, if you're here reading this thread, insha'Allah you're conscientious enough to also study hard for your exam.)
