Well, that sorts of defeats the purpose of exams, surely? There's not supposed to be a level playing-field; those who revise deserve to do better than those who do not.

In response to the OP- No, you should not accept.

If a person has studied properly, then there is no need to fear low results and resort to cheating. Study hard, give the exam, and leave the rest to Allah.
