An introvert finds it hard to do socialise publicly, hence I believe they should exert their da'wah through means they can adapt to- like the internet. Just because they can't speak up doesn't mean that they can't give da'wah. I am more introverted myself al hamdu lillah and this internet has really helped me in so many ways. Al hamdu lillah.
