Great Scholars of Islam on Music. Is Music Haram?

On Hamsa Yusef website I believe its Hamsuf Yusef site,they sell cds by Muslim artists that contain music.
So I still wonder about this as well as the hadiths about the Prophet[saws] listening to singers.The Brother in the video did not touch on those hadiths.
