You will not establish one like this. Individual people go to Israel and kill people? WTH is this? It's pure terrorism.

If people had knowledge they would first establist a caliphate, then the caliph would invade Israel.

Besides, I don't care if it's called Israel or Palestine, they are both wrong according to Islam.
