I'm all for being just and consistent in our praise and criticism, but did the Masjid do anything other than explain to them Muslim sensitivities?

I know there should be no cooperation with kuffar who are fighting against the Muslims, but are they really helping them out?

Maybe a scholar or a knowledgable brother/sister can comment on whether or not what's being done here is proper or not?
