They have courses in all those areas. Don't dismiss it because its online. I've done about 10 courses with them and I can honestly say the quality is higher than what you could get anywhere outside the muslim world, and even compared to secular studies ive done at universities, i still think the quality of knowledge i got from qibla was better. Especially in arabic grammar and aqida, the instructors, especially shk hamza karamali who is a genius mashallah, they are all excellent. In aqida they teach tahawiyya, jawhara at tawhid and sanusiyya, i especially appreciated these coming from a background in philosophy. Shk hamza addresses all the common atheistic arguments and goes through the rational proofs for Allah's existence, as part of explaining the text. It is really invaluable and gives you a strong intellectual foundation for your religoin. With the arabic program, it goes for 2 years. In the first year you learn the theory, then in the second year you learn grammatical analysis of hadiths. They go through the whole of riyadh as saliheen and analyse each hadith grammatically. It's brilliant. After that you can do courses on higher level grammar, poetry etc.
As for fiqh they teach the maqasid of imam nawai and reliance of the traveller in the shafii madhab. They also teach hanafi and maliki but I don't remember what texts they use. But it would take you around 1 and a half years to finish all of their texts on shafii. I think that is an ample amount for an average person. If necessary you could go to the muslim world and continue your studies, but studying fiqh like this you would have a firm foundation in prayer, purification, hajj, zakat, fasting, and ihsan, and personal conduct.
They also have units on hadith and quran. In the hadith ones they talk about the usul of hadith and refute the claims of orientalists and modernists about hadiths being weak, the same with the quran unit. They also do tafsir, history, tasawwuff, tajweed
Right now they don't have their units being offered displayed on the site but the next semester starts in a few weeks so they will have them all up there. They do around 40 different courses a semester.
Again I urge you not to dismiss it because it's online. The knowledge is excellent.
