the problem is that shaykh dr. israr ahmad (rah) was not the only person on the haqq and thus he's not the only expert with an opinion, so ppl shud stop acting like disagreeing with him is blasphemous.

there different movements which have different characteristics which serve to establish taqwa, khilafa on this world none of these movements are wrong and they all saintly ppl associated with them.

on a side not one might ask sure dr israr ideas sound great on paper...but in his years of struggling for the sake of khilafat did he ever establish it? NO. this is in no way belittles the fact that his talks have greatly benefitted muslimsd across the globe, and we have no doubt over the rewards that must await him. may allah make his grave a garden of jannat.

on the otherhand TJ has met its objectives of transforming ppls lives and attaching them to the masajids. sure they're goals weren't lofty but they indeed have succeeded on a massive scale. so remember that there was great wisdom and forsight in how TJ executed their objectives.

which movement has been succesful. you be the judge.

note the above was not meant to in any way be disrespectful to the late wali shaykh dr israr ahmad (rah) who's selfless efforts for the deen have greatly benefitted my father. i visited his academy in lahore when last i was there, and benefitted much from the literature i took from their bookstore.

the differences between these two movements are only in their ijtehad and how they decide to tackle the problems plaguing our society. remember that allah grants one reward just for making the effort of ijtehad and two rewards if one is correct.

because i fear this thread may turn into a debate between ppl, i just want to point out that differences in the two movements relates to their approaches to solving our problems (and differences of opinion are inevitable among muslims). the differences are nothing like the differences between sufis and sdalafis or brelwis and deobaNDIES and that shaykh dr israr (rah) has always had good relations with ulema of TJ despite his different ijtehad on how to solve spiritual/political problems of the muslims.
well brother the problem in our society has been that people like us who have very little knowledge of Quran and Ahadiths start talking negatively about great scholars like Doctor Israr Ahmad ,Doctor Zakir Naik . and establishing Khilafa is not an easy think , it cannot be done while sitting in an airconditioned room of a hotel in Mumbai or Lahore ,it requires extreme struggle and Doctor Israr Ahmad did that through out his lifetime and the rest ALLAH SWT knows best , so we are no one to talk about great scholars like Doctor Israr Ahmad and Doctor Zakir Naik .
