Sayyidina Ali (RA) reported that while they were with Allah’s Messenger (SAW) he was scratching earth (as though in deep thought). Suddenly he raised his head to the heaven and said, “There is none among you about whom it is not determined.”
Waki said, “It is recorded that his seat is in the fire or his seat is in Paradise.” They asked, “Shall we not place trust in Allah, O Messenger of Allah? “ He said, “Do your deeds. To everyone is made easy that for which he is created.”
[Bukhari 6605, Muslim 2647]
