Does anyone know if McDonalds, Hardees, KFC, etc. are halal in Saudi Arabia? What about Kudu? What about other regular restaurants such as those found along the main highways (SASCO?)? I know that many Saudi restaurants serve haram food that is imported from Brazil or some other non-Muslim country since that is what is made available to the people by the government.

The meat available in these stores cannot be termed as haram outright. At the most they are considered as doubtful?
